Eggplant Salad (Patlıcan Salatası)
Roasted fresh eggplants, red peppers, garlic, tomatoes,olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs.
Stuffed Grape Leaves (Yaprak Dolması)
Grape leaves stuffed with rice, onions, currant, mint, dill weed, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Served on bed of lettuce, tomato, cucumber and fresh lemon.

Puree chickpeas, fresh garlic, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, cumin, salt.
